  1. These terms relate to the “Grosvenor Casinos £20 Welcome” promotion (“The Promotion”).
  2. This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
  3. By taking part players hereby agree to these specific promotional Terms and Conditions and to Grosvenor Casino’s standard terms and conditions.
  4. Eligible player must be a new Grosvenor Casino player who has been invited via email, SMS or onsite notification and able to view this promotion in the “Promos” section of their account.

£20 venue bonus

  1. The promotion will be available for 10 days from receiving the communication.
  2. To claim the offer, customers with the valid communication will have to enter their membership card into an ER or Slots machine to load their Promotional Play balance.
  3. Ticket will be able to be printed and taken to a table game if preferred.
  4. Membership card can be requested in the venue from the reception.
  5. The £20 Promotional Play balance will be for use on any game.
  6. Promotional Play cannot be exchanged or part-exchanged for cash and must be wagered one time or forfeited.
  7. Promotional play has a validity of 72 hours after being claimed before it is voided.
  8. There is no cash or other alternative to The Promotion in whole or in part. The offers are non-transferable.

General Terms & Conditions

  1. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any player who has already placed a qualifying bet.
  2. The Promoter reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, the Promoter may refuse to process the claim.
  3. Grosvenor reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
  4. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor players. Players who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right to void any entry if it suspects that the person participating in the Promotion is not eligible to do so.
  6. Players whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus forfeited.
  7. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
  8. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, the Promoter may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. In case the Promotion gets cancelled or amended, this is without prejudice to the player.
