Reel Rewards

Reel Rewards is a promotional campaign to which Slot players “sign up”, via team members in participating venues, to receive awards. Customers are automatically segmented into one of six levels, based on Slots Stake in the prior three calendar months. All awards are based on the assigned Reel Rewards level. 

Every week, two visits will qualify for a Stake and Get offer, and three visits will qualify for a Free Play offer. There’s also a monthly Free Play offer for the highest levels.

1. Players must be aged 18 or over to participate in these promotions and by doing so agree to these terms and conditions. 
2. 3. The promotional period is from 6am on 1 December until further notice.
4. The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time. 
5. Customers must confirm their participation (sign-up) in the campaign with a team member, who will confirm this on their membership profile. 
6. Participation in Reel Rewards requires that a customer: 
 a. Registers each visit on entry with the reception team 
 b. Must have their membership card in play at all times to record their stake. 
7. Eligible customers are segmented into one of six Reel Rewards Levels (RRL): Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum & Platinum Plus. 
8. RRLs are calculated based on the customers recorded Slots Stake in the prior three calendar months. (see Table 2) 
9. Slots Stake is tracked solely to determine eligibility for rewards and does not reflect actual wins or losses 
10. The value of awards issued as part of the promotion is based on the customer’s RRL.

11. RRL’s are re-calculated at the beginning of each calendar month.

Reel Rewards

12. Within each week (Mon-Sun), customer can qualify for two offers:
 a. Weekly Offer 1 - Make two visits and qualify for a Stake & Get award.

i. Valid once per week per customer
ii. Visits and Staking can be recorded at any Grosvenor casino
iii. Customers must insert their Grosvenor Casino membership card and stake the required amount or greater to receive free play.
iv. Customer must remove and reinsert their card to receive the Free Play award on their NEON account.
v. Staking is on Slots products only
vi. The value of stake, and the value of the award, are determined by the customer’s RRL. (Table 1)

b. Weekly Offer 2 - Make three visits and qualify for a Free Play award.

i. Valid once per week per customer
ii. Visits can be recorded at any Grosvenor casino
iii. The value of the award is determined by the customer’s RRL. (Table 1)

13. Customers in Reel Rewards Levels (RRLs) Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Plus will also receive a Monthly Bonus Free Play.
 a. The Monthly Bonus will be available from the last Friday of each calendar month.
 b. The value of the award is determined by the customer’s RRL. (Table 1)

Free Play Awards
14. All awards are valid on Slots products only.
15. Awards can be redeemed via any Slots product or through the cash desk.
16. Awards have a validity of 5 days from day earned.
17. Free play cannot be exchanged for cash. Any winnings from the Free Play can be kept as ‘cash winnings’.
18. Promotional free bets cannot be cashed out and must be played through or forfeited.

General Terms

19. Awards are based on an individual customer, not by venue and customers can not earn multiple awards across multiple venues.
20. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that their membership card is in play.
21. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
22. Grosvenor Casino employees or members of their family are not permitted to take part in this promotion.
23.The promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time.
24. The promotion is subject to availability and is at the discretion of management
25. Awards are intended for use on Slots games only. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove from this promotion any customer if it has reasonable grounds to believe where players seek to convert the non-cashable element of the reward via any other product.
26. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the Casinos for any reason are not eligible to participate in this promotion
27. This promotion is also subject to Grosvenor One and Grosvenor Casinos General Terms and Conditions.
