To qualify, customers must have placed qualifying Ashes Fifth Test In-Play bets from Saturday 3rd January until Thursday 8th January to receive a 10% cash refund on their losses.
Qualifying bets must be real money.
Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
The cash refund will take place on Friday 9th January 2026. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
Customer will see the cash refund reflected in their cash balance.

Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
