Qualifying Bet

• Bet & Get offer is only available from 09:00 UK on Friday 27/02/2026 until 18:15 UK on Sunday 01/03/2026.
• To qualify, customers must:
  . opt-in via the ‘Opt-In’ button on the offer’s promotions page and receive the ‘opted-in successfully’ message.
  . have placed a bet of £10 win or more as from 9:00am on 27/02/2026 on Arsenal v Chelsea (match scheduled for 16:30 UK on 01/03/2026).
  . bet must have a minimum odd of 1/2 (1.50) to qualify.
• Please note if this ‘Opt-In’ button does not appear on the promotion page then you are not eligible to qualify for this promotion (please wait 72 hours from the settlement of your first cash sport bet if you have recently registered your account).
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with the ‘Double The Odds’ new customer promotion. Any customer using their ‘Double Odds’ token on a selection in the Arsenal v Chelsea market will not be eligible for the Free Bets as part of this promotion.
• Void bets, duplicate bets, ‘Cashed In’ bets & bets using Odds Boost / Free Bet tokens do not qualify as qualifying bets.

Free Bet

• The Free Bet token for next week's midweek Premier League fixtures will be issued on Monday 2nd March 2026.
• Free Bet token can be redeemed exclusively on next week's midweek Premier League Pre-Match or In-Play fixtures.
• Free Bet token is not included in any bet returns.
• Free Bet token must be used in its entirety. It cannot be used to place a succession of smaller bets.
• Free Bet token cannot be combined with ‘real money’ stakes.

2. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
3. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
4. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
5. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
6. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
7. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
8. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
9. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
