Qualifying Bet

• This offer is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com.
• Customers must have placed qualifying Australian Open In-Play bets from Sunday 11th January 00:00 GMT until Sunday 1st February 23:59 GMT each week of the tournament to receive a 10% cash refund on their losses.
• Only In-Play Cash bets will count as qualifying bets.
• Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
• This promotion does not apply to Qualifying matches.

Cash Refund

• The cash refund will take place before 23:59 on:
  . Monday 19th January for bets placed between 00:00 Sunday 11th January and 23:59 Sunday 18th January
  . Monday 26th January for bets placed between 00:00 Monday 19th January and 23:59 Sunday 25th January
  . Monday 2nd February for bets placed between 00:00 Monday 26th January and 23:59 Sunday 1st February
• Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
• Customer will see the cash refund reflected in their cash balance.
• In order to qualify for a cash refund, 10% of each customers In-Play losses must equal £1 or more.
• Customer bet limits also apply to qualifying bet placement.
• A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details per race.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

General Terms

• This offer is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com who have claimed.
• The offer is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
