Terms & Conditions

Qualifying Bet

  • Offer is only available at selected meeting each day.
  • To qualify customers must place a bet of £5+ on a horse to win an eligible race.
  • Each Way bets must be at least £5 each way (£10 total bet)
  • Single bets only
  • Must be placed on ‘To Win’ market only
  • Only the win part of each way bets is refunded
  • First real money bet on each race qualifies
  • Void bets, duplicate bets, ‘Cashed In’ bets & bets using Odds Boost / Free Bet tokens do not qualify as qualifying bets
  • This offer will not apply in conjunction with any other Cash Back promotion (max refund for any race will be £20)

Distances

The settlement of Beaten By A Length Or Less will be based on the 'past the post' distances between the first (1st) and second (2nd) placed finishers, provided that the respective horses and jockeys completed the correct course and carried the correct weight. If a horse is disqualified for the specified reasons, it will be disregarded for settlement purposes.
The distances supplied by our data providers will be utilised for settlement purposes.
The winning margins will be calculated as follows
Dead-heat (dh) = 0 lengths
Nose (nse) = 0.05 of a length
Short head (shd) = 0.1 of a length
Head (hd) = 0.2 of a length
Neck (nk) = 0.3 of a length
Half a length (1/2) = 0.5 of a length
Three quarters (3/4) = 0.75 of a length

Cash Refund

  • Cash Refund applies to any Horse that finishes within a length of the winner
  • Max cash refund is £20 per customer, per race
  • Refund will be paid out on official result only
  • Refund will be applied within 24hrs
