CASH BACK ON ALL LOSING BETS

The 23rd edition of the World Cup runs from June 11th to July 19th, and we’ve committed to running our hugely popular Cash Refund Offer. Which means we’ll be providing some added security to your pre-match bets by including an ‘IF’ to selected matches throughout the tournament. And if the condition is activated, you’ll be entitled to a Cash Refund of up to £20. So, make sure you keep a close eye on the World Cup hub which will highlight the matches and preconditions required. However, please note you will be required to Opt-In to each promotion.

• Void bets, duplicate bets, ‘Cashed In’ bets & bets using Odds Boost / Free Bet tokens do not qualify as qualifying bets 

Cash Refund

• Cash Refund only applies if what it stated is activated during the match (example Named Player to score the first goal etc) 
• Max cash refund is £20 per customer.
• Refund will be paid within 24 hours of match settlement 

General Term

1. The promoter is Rank Interactive (Gibraltar) Limited (referred herein as 'us', 'our' and 'we').
2. Unless stated otherwise, any reward is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
3. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding
4. We accept no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault or malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
5. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion on this website.
6. Should it be required as part of our normal regulatory obligations, we may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask you for a valid proof of identity, such as a passport and/ or proof of address, to verify your identity, age and residency. If, following review of your documents it is identified that you have breached the general terms and conditions of our website(s), you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and we will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation.
7. Participants whose accounts with us have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when the Promotion has ended will have their prize forfeited.
8. Customers who have been previously advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion. If a customer is able to participate as the result of an error, we will remove any bonus and associated winnings.
9. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, which may in turn affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or is wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
10. We will remove any bonus and associated winnings from a customer found to be in breach of these terms and conditions or suspected of fraud.
11. We reserve the right to void, withdraw, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. This will be without prejudice to any participant who has already placed a qualifying bet.
12. We will remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include but are not limited to, using manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
13. We will also remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating other prohibited practices be identified. This includes using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; and colluding with other players.
14. These terms and conditions and the Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to the Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in England.
