The 2025/26 NBA season is set to light up our nights and bring us the high adrenaline action that we have come to know and enjoy.

To make the season even more exciting, Grosvenor Sport is giving our NBA faithful 10% of their In-Play losses back as cash each week.

1. This offer is valid only to customers of grosvenorcasinos.com.
2. To qualify, customers must have qualifying NBA In-Play bets from Wednesday at 00:00 GMT until Tuesday at 23:59 GMT each week to receive a 10% cash refund on their losses.
3. Qualifying bets must be real money NBA In-Play bets.
4. Void bets, ‘Cashed Out’ bets and bets using odds boost/free bet tokens do not count as qualifying bets.
5. This promotion does not apply to NBA Pre-season matches.
6. The cash refund will take place before 23:59 on Wednesday each week of the promotion. Please allow 72 hours in case of extenuating circumstances.
7. Customer will see the cash refund reflected in their cash balance.
8. Max cash refund is £100 per week.
9. In order to qualify for a cash refund, 10% of each customers In-Play losses must equal £1 or more.
10. Customer bet limits also apply to qualifying bet placement.
11. The offer is only available to players that have registered from one of our permitted and licensed jurisdictions.
12. A maximum of 1 offer is available per person, household, IP, device, e-mail address or payment details.
13. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
14. Customer betting limits may apply to Bet placement.
15. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time. This will be without prejudice to any customer who has already placed a qualifying bet.
16. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to take reasonable steps to verify any claim. If breach of these rules, or fraud is suspected, Grosvenor Casinos may refuse to process the claim.
17. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings should gaming patterns indicating promotional abuse be identified. These include, but are not limited to; using promotional funds in conjunction with other players as part of syndicate play; manipulating game mechanics to circumvent wagering restrictions of bonus funds by switching games during bonus rounds or placing bets to delay the credit of winnings; “stashing” of bonus stage progression prior to completion of wagering; colluding with other players; taking advantage of game mechanic flaws; “Parking” cash funds in any product vertical or games to complete bonus wagering with minimal risk to cash funds.
18. This offer is not available to all Grosvenor customers. Customers who have been advised that they are not entitled to receive bonuses will not be able to participate in this promotion.
19. As part of our normal regulatory obligations, Grosvenor Casinos may at any point before, during or after the Promotion, ask for valid proof of identity, such as a passport to verify your identity, age and residency. If you are unable to produce such documents you will automatically be excluded from the Promotion and will forfeit any prizes that have already been allocated or awarded to you, without compensation. 
20. Customers whose accounts have been closed or suspended or who are found to have multiple accounts when a Promotion has ended will have their bonus/prize forfeited.
21. We may be required to place restrictions on your account as part of our regulatory obligations, this may affect your ability to take part in new promotions or offers. If you have already opted in or are wagering towards completion of a bonus, your ability to complete the bonus will not be affected by these restrictions.
22. Grosvenor Casinos is the sole arbiter of this Promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered.
