1. The promotion runs from Thursday 1 October 2026 to Saturday 31 October 2026 inclusive.
2. The promotional period is based on the venue’s gaming day. Unless stated otherwise by the venue, a gaming day runs from 6:00am to 6:00am.
3. Entry ticket collection for the Halloween Grand Prize Draw begins on 1st October 2026.
4. The final cut-off for Halloween Grand Prize Draw entries is 8:00pm on Saturday 31st October 2026. The Halloween Grand Prize Draw process begins at 8:30pm on the same date.
5. No Halloween Grand Prize Draw entries will be accepted after the final cut-off time. 

1. Customers qualify by playing any Aristocrat machine at a participating Grosvenor Casino during the promotional period, with their rewards card in play or with their play otherwise tracked by the venue. 
2. All Aristocrat machines located at participating venues are eligible for this promotion. 
3. Qualifying play must be tracked, either through the customer’s rewards card or by the venue. 
4. A customer may qualify once per gaming day for the purposes of receiving a Halloween Grand Prize Draw entry ticket. 
5. Multiple play sessions on the same gaming day will not generate additional Halloween Grand Prize Draw entry tickets. 
6. There is no minimum play time or minimum spend requirement beyond the customer completing at least one tracked spin on an Aristocrat machine. The minimum cost of a qualifying spin may vary by machine and game. 
7. Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to determine whether play has been validly tracked and whether a customer has met the qualifying criteria. 
8. Any customer attempting to manipulate the promotion, misuse rewards cards, or participate outside the spirit of the promotion may be disqualified. 

1. Participating venues will host weekly Aristocrat Slots Party events during October 2026. 
2. Each participating venue may host one Aristocrat Slots Party per week during the promotional period. 
3. Venue party dates and times may vary. Customers should check with their local Grosvenor Casino, venue webpage, or venue team for details. 
4. Each Aristocrat Slots Party will run for a minimum of two hours, unless otherwise stated by the venue. 
5. The final Aristocrat Slots Party of the promotional period will take place on Saturday 31 October 2026 at all participating venues. 
6. The final party will be themed as the Halloween Aristocrat Slots Party and is currently scheduled to take place between 7:00pm and 9:00pm subject to venue operation and capacity. 
7. Attendance at an Aristocrat Slots Party is subject to venue capacity, operational requirements, and venue management discretion. 
8. Receiving an invitation does not guarantee entry if the venue has reached safe operating capacity. 
9. Customers must be present at the Aristocrat Slots Party during the event period to take part in the instant win mechanic. 
10. Customers may only take part in the instant win mechanic once per Aristocrat Slots Party. 

1. Qualifying customers may receive an invitation from the venue team or Electronic Gaming Host to attend that week’s Aristocrat Slots Party. 
2. Invitations may be issued verbally, in venue, by phone, by email, by SMS, or by any other reasonable communication method available to Grosvenor Casinos. 
3. Invitations are non-transferable and may only be used by the customer to whom they are issued.

1. Customers attending an Aristocrat Slots Party may take part in an instant win mechanic. 
2. The instant win mechanic may be a prize wheel, balloon pop, sealed envelope, ticket draw, or another equivalent mechanic selected by the venue. 
3. The mechanic used may vary by venue depending on the equipment and materials available. 
4. Each eligible attending customer may take part in the instant win mechanic once per Aristocrat Slots Party. 
5. Each eligible participating customer may receive one instant prize from the prize pool available at that venue and event, subject to availability. 
6. The type and value of instant prize is not guaranteed. 
7. Instant prizes may include, but are not limited to:

11. Customers are not entitled to choose or exchange their instant prize unless expressly permitted by the venue team.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the prize itself is a cash prize.
13. The venue team’s decision on the outcome of the instant win mechanic is final.
14. Where a wheel is used, the result will be determined by the segment on which the wheel pointer comes to rest. If the result is unclear, the venue host may require the customer to spin again.
15. Where a balloon or equivalent mechanic is used, the prize contained within or allocated to the customer’s selected balloon will determine the prize.
16. Customers must claim their instant prize during the Aristocrat Slots Party unless the venue confirms otherwise. 

1. Merchandise and promotional gifts are supplied as part of the promotion in partnership with Aristocrat Gaming. 
2. Merchandise items may vary by venue.

1. Customers will receive one Halloween Grand Prize Draw entry ticket for each gaming day on which they complete qualifying tracked Aristocrat machine play at a participating venue. 
2. Entry tickets provide entry into the Halloween Grand Prize Draw process but do not guarantee entry into the final customer draw. Only tickets deposited at the venue randomly selected in Stage 1 will be included in the final customer draw for the Halloween Grand Prize. 
3. A maximum of one Halloween Grand Prize Draw entry ticket may be earned per customer, per gaming day. 
4. Multiple Aristocrat machine sessions on the same gaming day will not qualify for additional entry tickets. 
5. Entry tickets are venue-specific and must be deposited at the participating venue where they were earned. All participating venues will operate a designated entry container. 
6. Entry tickets will be issued by the Electronic Gaming Host, venue host, or another member of the venue team. Customers must place their entry ticket into the Halloween Grand Prize Draw drum, bucket, box, or other designated entry container at the venue immediately upon receipt, or before leaving the venue on the same gaming day. Entry tickets cannot be requested, reissued, or deposited at a later date. 
7. Tickets not placed into the designated entry container will not be entered into the draw. 
8. Lost, stolen, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or duplicated tickets will not be replaced and may be declared void. 
9. Entry tickets have no cash value and are non-transferable. 
10. Halloween Grand Prize Draw entries close at 8:00pm on Saturday 31 October 2026. All entry tickets issued on 31 October 2026 must be placed into the designated entry container by 8:00pm, as the Halloween Grand Prize Draw process begins at 8:30pm. 
11. No entries will be accepted after the closing time. 
12. Customers may continue to play Aristocrat machines after the entry cut-off but play after the cut-off will not generate entry into the Halloween Grand Prize Draw. 

1. A venue selection draw will first take place to randomly select one participating venue. 
2. Each participating venue will have one entry into the venue selection draw, unless stated otherwise by the Promoter. 
3. The selected venue will host the final customer draw for the Halloween Grand Prize. 
4. The selected venue will be announced to participating venues as soon as reasonably practical after the venue selection draw has taken place. 
5. The venue selection draw will be conducted by or on behalf of the Promoter. 
6. The Promoter may record, witness, or otherwise verify the venue selection draw to ensure fairness. 

1. Once the selected venue has been confirmed, the Halloween Grand Prize customer draw will take place at that selected venue. 
2. The customer draw will be made only from valid entry tickets deposited at the selected venue. 
3. Entry tickets deposited at venues not selected in Stage 1 will not be included in the Halloween Grand Prize customer draw. 
4. Customers who deposited entry tickets at non-selected venues will not be eligible to win the Halloween Grand Prize through those tickets. 
5. The customer draw will be conducted fairly and randomly from valid entries at the selected venue. 
6. The first valid entry drawn from a customer present at the venue will win the Halloween Grand Prize. 
7. The winner must be present at the selected venue at the time the Halloween Grand Prize Draw takes place and must claim the prize when their name is announced. 
8. If the drawn customer is not present at the venue when their name is announced, or does not come forward within a reasonable period as determined by the venue, the entry will be void and a further entry will be drawn. 
9. The re-draw process will continue until a customer who is present at the venue is drawn and claims the Halloween Grand Prize. 
10. Customers must be able to provide valid identification and, where applicable, their rewards card membership details to claim the Halloween Grand Prize. 
11. If the winning entry is invalid, illegible, incomplete, duplicated, linked to an ineligible customer, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to void the entry and draw another winner. 
12. The Promoter’s decision on the validity of entries and the outcome of the draw is final. 

1. Venues not selected in Stage 1 may choose to run a local customer draw at their own discretion. 
2. Any local venue draw is separate from the Halloween Grand Prize Draw. 
3. Local venue draws, if held, will be managed by the individual venue.

5. Local venue draws do not affect the outcome of the Halloween Grand Prize Draw.

1. The Halloween Grand Prize winner will be announced in venue immediately following the draw. 
2. The winner must be present in venue and must come forward to claim the prize when their name is announced. If the drawn customer does not come forward, a further entry will be drawn in accordance with section 9. 
3. The winner must provide valid identification and, where applicable, their rewards card membership details at the point of claiming. The winner will be issued with a winner letter at the venue confirming the prize and the contact details required to arrange it. 
4. Customers wishing to be eligible for the Halloween Grand Prize should ensure they are present in venue at the time of the draw. 
5. It is the winner’s responsibility to contact Grosvenor Casinos using the contact details provided in the winner letter in order to arrange the prize, including all bookings and delivery of the Ticketmaster Gift Voucher. The winner must make contact within 28 days of the draw date. 
6. If the winner does not make contact within that 28-day period, the prize will be forfeited. Grosvenor Casinos is not responsible for arranging the prize until the winner has made contact.
7. If the prize is forfeited, the Promoter may, at its discretion, either:
   • redraw the prize from the remaining valid entries at the selected venue; or
   • withdraw the prize.
8. The Promoter is not responsible if a winner cannot be contacted because their membership details are incorrect, incomplete or out of date.
