THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

Never visited a casino before? No problem. Despite what the movies may say, you won’t find dark, mysterious places full of tuxedo-wearing players. Our casinos are all about great entertainment – for anyone and everyone. Here are some handy FAQs and all you need to know to plan your first visit.

FAQ's

What do I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable and welcome in and around our casinos. Whether you dress relaxed or more formal, the choice is yours, but our venues prefer that you wear long trousers rather than shorts. And if you’re joining us for the big game, team shirts are fine to wear on match days. As a general rule, smart-casual is your best bet.

How do I get in?

It’s really easy to join us – just bring some ID along. A driving licence or another official ID document will do the trick, or you can just use your debit card, as long as you look over 25. You must be over 18 to play in a UK casino, but after your first visit you’ll get a membership card which you can use to show at the door and walk right in.

Are casinos expensive?

Some people think that casinos are reserved for the high-rolling crème de la crème – but that’s totally wrong. Casinos are geared to be entertainment for everyone and you can play games for surprisingly small stakes. Electronic Roulette starts from as little as 10p a bet, which means that £20 goes a long way. Seeing how much a table costs to play is easy as each table has a sign stating the table’s minimum bet.

Is it easy to play?

Our friendly team members are always on hand to talk you through the games, and we can run how-to-play sessions to help get you up to speed. Traditional games like Roulette and Blackjack are really easy to learn and you’ll find many great tutorials online. If you’ve got a friend who knows their way around a casino table, bring them along and they can show you the ropes.
