Year of the Snake Prize Draw  
Terms and Conditions

The Year of the Snake Prize Draw is a promotion in which customers can collect a free Prize Draw entry ticket on their first visit of each day, Monday – Sunday, from 13 – 29 January 2025.  Prize draws will be conducted by each participating venue at the end of the promotional period. Each draw will consist of three winners (four in Gold venues) each receiving a cash prize.  Gold venues will hold a second Prize Draw event, the Lantern Festival, where customers can collect tickets between 29 Jan-12 Feb.  The Lantern Festival draw will take place on 12 Feb with five winners selected, each receiving a cash prize.

Chinese New Year Prize Draws

1. This promotion is available at all participating Grosvenor Casinos except for Blackpool, Coventry, Great Yarmouth, Gloucester Road, Park Tower, Soames, Reading South, Salford, Stockport & Thanet. 
2. The promotional period for the Chinese New Year Draw (“Promotional Period”) is between 06:00 on 13/01/2025 and 22:30 on 29/01/2025 inclusive. 
3. In any instance where a venue conducts the Prize Draw event before 29/01/2025, this will end the promotional period. 
4. Each customer is entitled to one Prize Draw entry per 24-hour period only, regardless of how many times the customer exits and returns within the 24-hour period in question.  
5. Prize Draw entries can be collected until 30 minutes before the advertised draw time. 
6. Prize Draw entries are only valid at the issuing casino. 
7. Customers will receive a Prize Draw entry on their first visit only of each day. 
8. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they claim their Prize Draw entry. 
9. There will be no back dating. 
10. There is no cash or other alternative to the stated or awarded prizes in whole or in part. The prizes are not transferable. 
11. All participating Grosvenor Casinos are Silver Venues unless otherwise stated. 
12. Gold Venues are Hill Street, Maybury, Merchant City, Sheffield & Piccadilly ONLY. 
13. Bronze Venues are Bolton, Dundee, Riverboat, Huddersfield, Hull, Northampton, Plymouth, Portsmouth, Scarborough, Southend, Stockton, Stoke, Sunderland & Swansea ONLY. 
14. Unless otherwise stated in venue, the Prize Draw will take place on Wednesday 29 January at 11pm.    
15. Customers may only win one single prize in the Prize Draw. 
16. In the event a customer who has already won a prize is drawn, then the Prize Draw entry will be returned, and the winner will be redrawn. 
17. Winners of the Prize Draw will be awarded cash at the amounts stated below. 
    
    

18. All winners must be present at the time of each individual draw to be eligible and make themselves known to management. If the customer is not present, the prize draw entry will be invalid and another ticket draw to determine the winner. 
    
    

Lantern Festival

19. This promotion is available at the listed Gold venues ONLY  
20. Gold Venues are Hill Street, Maybury, Merchant City, Sheffield & Piccadilly ONLY. 
21. The promotional period for the Lantern Festival (“Promotional Period”) is between 06:00 on 29/01/2025 and 22:30 on 12/02/2025 inclusive. 
22. Each customer is entitled to one Prize Draw entry per 24-hour period only, regardless of how many times the customer exits and returns within the 24-hour period in question.  
23. Prize Draw entries are only valid at the issuing casino. 
24. Customers will receive a Prize Draw entry on their first visit only of each day. 
25. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they claim their Prize Draw entry. 
26. There will be no back dating.

General Rules

33. Each Prize Draw entry is offered subject to availability, legal restrictions and at the discretion of management and is available to over 18s only.  
34. Customers who are Self-Excluded or Barred from the club are not eligible to enter the competition. 
35. Photocopied, altered, or defaced Prize Draw entries will not be accepted. We may treat as void any card you present if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation is fraudulent, unlawful or you have otherwise engaged in behaviour which is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of this promotion.  
36. Use of the Prize Draw entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.   
37. The Promoter is the sole arbiter of this promotion, and its decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.  
38. The Promoter reserves the right to alter or withdraw the promotion at any time and without notice.  
39. This promotion is also subject to Grosvenor Casinos General Terms and Conditions.
