The base game has 20 paylines. Keep an eye out for scatter symbols – if you land 3 or more of these, you’ll activate the Into the Storm Bonus feature. Depending on whether you landed 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols, results in you triggering the bonus game with either 1, 2 or 3 Kraken Hot Zones. You will then receive 3 respins and during the spins you can land blank, multiplier, modifier or Viking coin symbols.


Respin

This feature can be randomly activated within the base game, where 2, 3 or 4 Walking Wild symbols will be placed on the reels. They will wander in the same direction where it can either be right or left, of which the same direction then applies. As long as they remain on the reels, you will receive a respin, where they will then move one step at a time and finally disappear from the reels.

If you land a walking wild on top of a normal wild, a 1x multiplier will be added to the Walking Wild for the remaining respins. During the Respin feature, you cannot activate the Into the Storm Bonus feature.


Kraken Bonus Symbol

This symbol can only land within the base game. When you land 3 or more of these at the same time, the bonus game is activated.


Into the Storm Bonus

If you land 3 or more scatter symbols, the Into the Storm Bonus feature is activated. Depending on whether you landed 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols, results in you triggering the bonus game with either 1, 2 or 3 Kraken Hot Zones. If you land a Kraken symbol during the bonus game, it will turn into a new Kraken Hot Zone. When the bonus game starts, you will be playing with 9 reels and 5 rows, where you can successfully activate up to 3 Kraken Hot Zones during the bonus game.

You will then receive 3 respins, and during the spins you can land blank, multiplier, modifier or Viking coin symbols. Each time you land multiplier or modifier symbols, the respins will be reset to 3 again. When you land a Viking coin symbol, the respins increase to 4. You continue to spin the reels until you have either run out of respins or have filled all positions, with a filled grid paying 10,000x. If you land a multiplier or modifier on a Kraken Hot Zone, it will be locked in place during the remaining spins.
