Every time you play your favourite games in our casinos, online, on tablet, or on mobile, you will collect PLAY POINTS. PLAY POINTS can be redeemed for even more gaming in our casinos, for food and drink in our bars and restaurants, or exclusive PLAY POINTS gifts.

Play Points are like any other rewards programme; you collect points by playing games or purchasing food and drink at Grosvenor Casinos, or playing at, and you can redeem those points online and at your local Grosvenor Casino.

You can collect Play Points in many ways:

  • Play on most games at any Grosvenor Casino participating in Play Points
  • Play on most games online at
  • Play on most games on mobile or tablet.
  • Buying food/drink in bars/restaurants of any Grosvenor Casino participating in Play Points

It's easy to check your balance, wherever you are:

If checking online, first you must link your Play Points card to your online account. You can do so here. Once linked, you will be able to check your balance any time, just by logging in. Your balance is displayed in the top-right corner of your screen.

When you're in a Grosvenor Casino, place your card into any machine card reader, and it will show you your current Play Points balance.

To redeem in your local casino, just take your Play Points card to the cashier, who will redeem your Play Points for gaming vouchers, poker, or order a Play Points gift of your choosing.

If you'd like to redeem your Play Points for food and drink, just hand over your card at the till when ordering. You can pay fully or part-pay for your order using Play Points.

You can redeem your Play Points online in the Get Rewarded section at Simply login and select the 'Play Points' section and then select the 'redeem' button in the left hand menu. Your Play Points will be converted into bonus cash for you to play with.

Your bonus cash cannot be withdrawn until it has been staked at least once on slots and games in the casino or online. Any winnings made from your initial stake may then be withdrawn.

To make sure you keep all your Play Points together in once place, you will need to link your Play Points card online. It's very easy: simply login to, and go to the Get Rewarded section. Find the 'Play Points' section and select the 'Link Your Card' button in the left hand menu.

You'll be asked for your card number, which can be found on the back of your Play Points card, as well as your online password to verify

Once you've done that, you will see a message to confirm your Play Points card has been linked. From then on, every Play Point you collect online and in any Grosvenor Casino will appear together.

If you're in a Grosvenor Casino, simply approach any team member, and they'll be happy to help you with any questions you may have. Alternatively, please call customer services on 0800 083 1990 between 8am and midnight, seven days a week, where someone will be able to help you.

Don't worry! You will not lose any Play Points you have collected. All you need to do is visit reception and your card will be replaced free of charge.

Yes, your Play Points card will get you into any Grosvenor Casino.

In general, you can collect points on all live gaming, slots, electronics and poker in participating Grosvenor Casinos. At the London Gloucester and London Victoria, Play Points cannot be collected on live gaming.

At online, on tablet, or on mobile, you can collect points when playing in our Live Casino, and most slots and table games.

Currently we are not able to offer Play Points on the Grosvenor Poker client, or on any Game Account games. A full list of games where you cannot collect Play Points can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

Please allow us 28 days to make Play Points available on new games that are added online.

We'll keep your Play Points available for 12 months from the date you collected them. At this point the unused Play Points will be removed from your balance. We have arrangements for selected Gold Card players who are allowed to keep their points. Please ask any member of the team in your local Grosvenor Casino for details.

Unfortunately you cannot, as we have no way of retrieving the information we need to award Play Points at a later date. Please remember to insert your card into the machine or hand to your dealer every time you play. Online customers will be awarded points automatically, providing you have linked your card.

  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age to participate.
  • Membership of the Grosvenor Play Points loyalty scheme (the "Programme") is free.
  • Employees of Grosvenor Casino are not eligible for the Programme.
  • Only one membership of the Programme per person is permitted.
  • Membership of the Programme is for individuals only.
  • Grosvenor Casinos reserves the right to deny or withdraw any participation in the Programme or a customers' application.
  • Membership and benefits are not transferable.
  • It is a customer's responsibility to notify Grosvenor Casinos of any changes to their details, including, but not limited to, any change of name or address.
  • All benefits and rewards are subject to availability.
  • The benefits of the Programme are intended for the use of the person listed on the account.
  • Cards may be used to track, play and accumulate points by the account member only.
  • Play Points can only be collected and redeemed at Grosvenor Casinos where the Programme is operating.
  • Points can be collected for all tracked slot/electronic machines, roulette and card tables, restaurant and bar.
  • In the event of death this will result in cancellation of the Programme membership and forfeiture of the available points balance.
  • In the event of bankruptcy this will result in cancellation of the Programme membership. Any outstanding points must be redeemed immediately.
  • Grosvenor Casinos reserve the right to modify or cancel this Programme at any time, for any reason.
  • Individuals who are excluded from casino facilities, including through a government Programme, by their own request, or those excluded by Grosvenor Casinos, are not eligible.
  • Customers who become excluded through a government Programme, by their own request, or are excluded by Grosvenor Casinos could have their Programme membership and available points balance cancelled.
  • All decisions regarding these terms and conditions lie solely with Grosvenor Casinos, whose decisions are final and binding.
  • By participating in this Programme, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
  • Points are awarded subject to system availability.
  • Customers must produce their card at time of visit to collect Play Points.
  • Play Points are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date that they are awarded.
  • To collect Play Points for electronic gaming the card must be placed in the machine.
  • It is the customers' responsibility to ensure the card is inserted properly in the machine.
  • Customers must play a machine to collect Play Points (cashing in and out will not award points).
  • Expired Play Points cannot be reclaimed at any time.
  • Customers who opt out of the Programme forfeit all their available Play Points.
  • Any opted out customers who re-join the Programme will not be able to reinstate any past accrued Play Points at the time of opt out.
  • No Play Points will be collected on any reward transaction (i.e. items totally paid with Play Points).
  • Customers can collect Play Points at roulette and card tables by handing their card to the dealer when joining the game.
  • While Grosvenor Casinos will use all reasonable efforts to track a customer’s average bet and length of play customers, as a condition of taking part in the Programme, agree that Play Points are awarded based on the personal observation of Grosvenor Casino staff which may be subject to error.
  • Should there be a dispute; Grosvenor Casinos' decision will be final and binding in respect of discrepancies.
  • Customers can only have one active Play Points card in play at any one time.
  • Points cannot be added retrospectively.
  • Grosvenor Casinos reserve the right to adjust an account due to computer error, machine malfunction, operator error, fraud or other misuse of the card.
  • Sweepstake points will automatically be credited to a customer's account.
  • All rewards and Play Points cannot be exchanged or transferred for cash.
  • Any rewards that are redeemed and are subsequently lost are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Grosvenor Casinos cannot be held responsible for third party products or services.
  • Play Points vouchers can only be exchanged for the points redemption specified.
  • Play Points vouchers are valid only for the customer specified on the relevant voucher.
  • Should a Play Points voucher become defaced or lost it cannot be replaced.
  • Play Points vouchers are valid for one month from date of issue.
  • Slots vouchers are eligible for play on any slots or Electronic Roulette machine.
  • Play Points vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Photocopies of vouchers will not be accepted.
  • Use of Play Points vouchers is subject to availability.
  • The management reserve the right to change Play Points redemptions at any time.
  • Entry into the Gold Card Programme is by invitation only.
  • Promotion or demotion of a member into the Gold tier would be based on tracked play and number of visits within a 12-month period.
  • All benefits and rewards are subject to availability.
  • Management reserve the right to change, alter or withdraw benefits and rewards within the Gold Card Programme.
  • All terms and conditions as above apply equally to customers with a land-based membership.
  • All online players are automatically entered into the programme and customers can collect points online by simply playing the games.
  • Allow 24 hours for points to be awarded onto account.
  • Play Points are only collected on stakes made in GBP.
  • All games are available to collect points on within one calendar month of going live on site with the exception of:
  • Download poker
  • Games that require money to be transferred before playing (e.g. Game Account games)
  • Points collecting are awarded subject to system availability.
  • Redemptions online are given as Bonus Cash.
  • Bonus Cash cannot be withdrawn until it has been wagered once, then any winnings from Bonus Cash can be withdrawn.
  • Points are valid for a maximum period of 12 months from the date that they are awarded.

  • No points will be collected on any game funded by Bonus Cash or non withdrawable cash.
